troubleshooting

2-4 hours or until a solid blue light is displayed.

A flashing red light indicates the battery is low and needs to be recharged. A blue indicator light will flash on and off to indicate the pump is charging. A solid blue light means the pump is fully charged.

1. Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds to make sure the unit is on (blue indicator light).
2. Ensure the charging puck's magnetic tips are securely attached to the unit's charging dock magnets. The cord should be facing away from the dispensing valve.
3. If you do not see a flashing blue indicator light while charging, the unit battery power could be depleted, so wait 5 minutes for it to appear.
4. If the unit is still not charging, inspect the cable for any abnormalities. If seen, discontinue use and contact Customer Support. Make sure the USB power adapter is working and rated at 5 V and 1 A, or check your power socket.

Pump needs to be reset:

1. Press and hold the power button for 5 seconds.
2. Wipe the sensor lens clean. Rubbing alcohol and a microfiber cloth are recommended.
3. Press the power button for 2 seconds to turn on the unit.
4. Completely cover the sensor window and tap the power button quickly 3 times (within 2 seconds). Note that this will make the pump run continuously until the sensor window is uncovered. Watch our video on how to continuously dispense.
